Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist

• Your job is to help customers solve their home improvement problems
• Provide friendly and professional customer service, in person, and on the phone
• Read blueprints and create estimates of materials needed
• Take customer orders and schedule deliveries
• Follow up on customer projects, solve any issues that may arise
• Have a good knowledge of home improvement products and their uses

‍Structure of Position

• Reports directly to the Store Manager
• 45 Hours per week
• Pre-set schedule, will not change from week to week
• No nights, No Sundays
• Starting compensation based on experience
