Merchandising Associate – Gabriel Building Supply (Ponchatoula, LA)
Gabriel Building Supply is seeking a Merchandising Associate to join our team in Amite! If you’re detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy creating attractive, well-stocked displays that help customers find what they need, we want to hear from you.
Position: Merchandising Associate
Location: Amite, Louisiana
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and stock product displays throughout the store
- Ensure shelves are clean, fully stocked, and properly labeled
- Assist with pricing, signage, and promotional displays
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure products are in the right place at the right time
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred, but not required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move merchandise (up to 50 lbs.)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Dependable and self-motivated
